#SUCCESS MARKET SUPPORT
A SUCCESS buyback requires both a Treasury BUYBACK classification and verified SUCCESS-side DEX evidence linked to the same source transaction. Generic market activity does not become a project buyback.
SUCCESS liquidity deployment is reported separately from buyback capital. An explicitly identified external liquidity side may qualify as Capital Deployed, while project-held SUCCESS inventory and the combined position value remain separate.
#PSR PURCHASES
Policy v4 intends 60% of eligible Reward Pool inflow for the CMC20 side of PSR/CMC20 protocol-owned liquidity and 40% for PSR market purchases. The purchased PSR branch is intended 80% for weekly rewards and 20% for Christmas Bonus, derived as 32% and 8% of eligible inflow.
These percentages are governed policy intent. Impact totals remain empty until verified transactions prove execution.
#REWARD VALUATIONS
Historical reward USD value is summed from immutable event-time valuations stored with verified distribution events. It is never recalculated using a current token price.
Current estimated value, when available, is displayed separately as distributed PSR multiplied by the current verified PSR quote.
#PSR / CMC20 PROTOCOL-OWNED LIQUIDITY
Only an active public PSR/CMC20 pool, an ownership-verified Treasury position and linked verified activity can populate protocol-owned liquidity measures.
PSR Liquidity Reserve deployment is not revenue and does not increase the Capital Deployed headline. CMC20-side external funding, PSR reserve deployment and combined POL value remain three distinct measures.
#CAPITAL DEPLOYED
Capital Deployed equals verified project buyback capital plus verified PSR purchase capital plus explicitly identified external or Reward Pool liquidity-side capital. PSR reserve tokens, SUCCESS inventory, combined LP value and current position value are excluded.
A public aggregate is displayed only when every included capital event has an authoritative event-time USD value. Events are deduplicated by semantic category and transaction evidence. Internal transfers, asset swaps and the relocation of previously recognized revenue do not create additional revenue.
#PUBLIC-SAFE REPORTING
The public feed may show date, category, amount, event-time value, verification source and a public explorer link. It excludes private wallet addresses, account metadata, admin notes, raw provider payloads and unconfirmed activity.
