Under policy v4, 40% of eligible Reward Pool inflow is intended for PSR market purchases. Of purchased PSR, 80% is intended for weekly rewards and 20% for Christmas Bonus — derived as 32% and 8% of inflow.

The PSR/CMC20 pair and LP ownership are live and verified on-chain. Public Impact measures populate only after the corresponding pool, position and verified activity are linked through the privacy-safe registries.
ACCOUNTING METHODOLOGY
ONE EVENT, ONE ECONOMIC EFFECT
Impact is a public read model over existing Treasury, liquidity and Reward Economy evidence. It does not create a second ledger.
CAPITAL DEPLOYED
Equals verified buyback capital + verified PSR purchase capital + explicitly identified external or Reward Pool liquidity-side capital. PSR reserve, SUCCESS inventory, combined LP value and current position value are excluded. If an eligible capital event lacks event-time USD, the aggregate stays UNKNOWN.
RESERVE & COMBINED VALUE
Protocol token inventory is reported separately as PSR Reserve Deployed or SUCCESS Deployed. Combined liquidity value can include both sides, but it never becomes the Capital Deployed headline merely because both assets entered an LP.
REWARD VALUE
Historical reward value is the immutable event-time USD value stored with each verified distribution. Current estimated value is a separate PSR amount × current quote and never rewrites history.
REVENUE & PUBLIC EVIDENCE
Internal allocation, asset swaps, buybacks and reserve deployment are not revenue. Only public-safe, on-chain or API verified records are eligible; private wallet and operator metadata remain excluded.
